Refund Policy

 

If your reed has been damaged during shipping, we will happily replace the reed as long as you contact us with in 24 hours of the delivery of the package to the provided address. You must contact us within 24 hours to inform us that you received a damaged reed or if there was any other problem with your order. Damaged reeds must be returned to Bocal Majority at the address listed on your receipt. If there is any issue with the reed upon arrival, please fill out the form below.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges of reeds due to preference (too hard, too soft, tone, etc.) are not permitted due to the nature of the product. If you aren’t sure which reed you should try, give us a call and we can help guide you.

Returns of non-reed merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in new to like new (resellable) condition. To initiate a return, please contact us for RMA instructions. Shipping paid by the buyer. If you have received a non-reed item that is damaged or defective, this must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt in order to be eligible for replacement or refund. The defective item must be returned to Bocal Majority at the buyer's expense: Bocal Majority 420 N. Coit Road, Suite 2015, Richardson, TX 75080.

We are unable to respond to submissions for damage reported after the 24 hour mark.
